Remote position with one day per week in office required

Responsibilities:

• Communicate and coordinate with venues prior to events
• Ensure compliance with event/venue requirements
• Communicate and coordinate with outside vendors for events
• Maintain event details on company software programs
• Field customer questions
• Assist clients and personnel with needs before, during, and after events
• Oversee all planning activities for assigned events to ensure completion
• Assist with placing labor calls
• Assist with calculating and preparing budgets for events, as needed
• Other general office duties as needed

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Previous experience in event planning or other related fields a plus
• Knowledge of trade-show industry a plus
• Knowledge of Adobe programs (Acrobat, Illustrator) a plus
