What we ask of an Estimator:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to enter data into computers or tablets.
• Must be comfortable making calls to customers, adjusters, and technicians.
• Desire to be a strong part of a team to help reach daily production goals
• Must have a clean background and clean driving record.
• Previous restoration industry experience preferred

What you'll do as an Estimator:

• As a water estimator, you will oversee and manage water mitigation jobs alongside the assigned on-site foreman. Managing these jobs will include communicating with customers and insurance adjusters regarding job scope, managing multiple jobs at any given time to ensure they dry quickly and efficiently, managing each job’s drying timeline closely, writing projected estimates, reviewing Xactimate line items for accuracy, packaging iTel samples for processing, and managing program & insurance compliance on a claim-by-claim basis.
• This is a full-time in person position located in Tacoma with occasional on-call requirements.
