Overview We are looking for a talented User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team on a long-term contract basis in New Castle, Delaware. This role offers an opportunity to shape intuitive, user-friendly designs while collaborating with a cross-functional team to deliver impactful digital experiences. Responsibilities Develop user-centered designs by leveraging Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Conduct thorough research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure the implementation of design solutions aligns with project goals. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize and test design concepts. Optimize user interfaces for web and mobile platforms, including Android applications. Utilize AB testing methods to measure the effectiveness of design iterations and improvements. Work within Agile Scrum frameworks to ensure timely delivery of design milestones. Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs and ensure compliance with digital guidelines. Implement CSS styles to refine and enhance visual elements. Stay updated on the latest UX trends and technologies to continuously improve design strategies. Qualifications Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Experience designing for Android applications and mobile platforms. Strong understanding of AB testing and usability evaluation techniques. Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies for collaborative workflows. Solid knowledge of CSS for styling and design enhancement. Ability to maintain brand awareness and consistency in all design deliverables. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Proven experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
