Title of Position: Training & Development Coordinator
Job Description: As the Training and Development Coordinator, you will design, develop, and implement employee training programs by conducting needs assessments, creating curriculum, and delivering sessions in various formats. You’ll manage training budgets, track participation, and evaluate program success through feedback to ensure alignment with employee and company needs. Collaborating with department heads, you’ll address skills gaps with tailored plans that support team growth, while coordinating with HR to ensure compliance with policies. Focusing on continuous improvement, you’ll update training processes to reflect industry trends, fostering a dynamic learning environment that empowers employees and drives the company’s success.
Benefits:
· Competitive salary commensurate with experience ($65K-$85K); full-time.
· Hours: Monday–Friday and every third weekend, 11am - 8 pm and ten additional weekend shifts/year, scheduled in advance.

Qualifications:
· 3+ years in hospitality training, restaurant operations, or L&D roles in fast-paced environments.
· Proven ability to design and deliver hands-on training programs for front- and back-of-house teams.
· Strong organizational and project-management skills.
· Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal abilities.
· Knowledge of Wisconsin liquor regulations, food-safety standards, and POS systems (Toast experience a plus).
