About the Role:
The Speech and Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) at ABA Enhancement LLC, CA01, plays a vital role in supporting licensed speech-language pathologists in delivering high-quality therapeutic services to clients with communication disorders. This position focuses on implementing individualized treatment plans designed to improve speech, language, and communication skills under the supervision of a certified speech-language pathologist. The SLPA will work closely with clients of varying ages and abilities, assisting in therapy sessions, collecting data on client progress, and adapting activities to meet client needs. The role requires a compassionate and patient approach to foster a positive and encouraging environment that promotes client engagement and success. Ultimately, the SLPA contributes significantly to enhancing clients' communication abilities, thereby improving their overall quality of life and social participation.
