Key Responsibilities: Oversee the client intake process, closely monitoring and assessing potential credit worthiness and business-related risk. Work with attorneys and timekeepers to ensure both billing and time entries are aligned with the firm’s policies and procedures. Monitor the statuses of unbilled time and accounts receivable, assisting with collecting accounts receivable as needed. Review existing firm procedures to identify windows of opportunity to increase business operation efficiency. Prepare end of year firm-wide revenue forecast. Report any conflicts with unbilled time and accounts receivable to senior firm management, assist with resolving any conflicts promptly.
