The Payroll Administrator will report to the Payroll Manager in the Finance Department. This role is responsible for assisting in the bi-weekly payroll process in an efficient and accurate manner. This role will also serve as a liaison for the third-party payroll system. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, possess excellent organizational skills, and operate accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Maintain Payroll email.
· Ensure employee data is up to date in third party payroll system.
· Assist in the processing of bi-weekly payroll for approximately 1,700 employees.
· Assist in processing special payrolls as needed (i.e. bonuses, terminations, severances, etc.)
· Ensure that time sheets are completed and approved by supervisors prior to running payroll.
· Maintain team member confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
· Serve as first line of support for employee-related questions.
· Generate and run payroll related reports for internal stakeholders as needed.
· Respond to basic employee inquiries.
· Ensure compliance with payroll procedures.
· Other duties as assigned.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

· Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to completion.
· Prior experience working with ADP (Lyric) is preferred.
Other Requirements:
· Infrequent Travel
· Occasionally lifts up to 25 pounds.
· Ability to work overtime.
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
