The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing project teams, liaising with stakeholders, and handling any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

1. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
2. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
3. Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications.

1. Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimation and tracking.
2. Monitor expenditures and manage procurement of materials and subcontractor services.
3. Identify and manage project risks to minimize impact on the budget.

1. Create and maintain detailed project schedules, including timelines and milestones.
2. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure deadlines are met.
3. Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project phases.

1. Ensure that all construction activities comply with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
2. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and adherence to project specifications.
3. Address and resolve any issues related to quality or compliance.

1. Lead and motivate project teams, including subcontractors and on-site staff.
2. Facilitate regular project meetings to review progress, address issues, and communicate updates.
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.

1. Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
2. Prepare and submit regular status reports to senior management and clients.
3. Ensure proper documentation of project changes and approvals.

Qualifications, Education & Training

1. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a track record of successful project delivery.
3. Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PMI) is preferred.

1. Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
2. Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
3. Proficient in budgeting, cost estimation, and financial management.
4. Ability to analyze project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
