• Conduct comprehensive fitness evaluations (Equifits), personal training sessions, orientations, and stretching routines.
• Build and nurture a personal training client base that aligns with company standards.
• Deliver exceptional personalized attention to each member.
• Stay informed about all club services, programs, and products to better serve members.
• Regularly update and maintain the Personal Training App.
• Provide instruction and demonstrate proper use of fitness equipment and exercise techniques, including moving weights up to 50 pounds.
• Ensure top-quality customer service for all members and potential clients.
• Assist in adjusting and operating fitness equipment as needed.
• Demonstrate consistent and reliable attendance.
• Participate in personal training-related meetings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to enhance departmental operations.

Qualifications:

• Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification is required.
• CPR/AED certification is a must.
• 1-3 years of prior Personal Training experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated honesty and personal integrity.
• A genuine passion for the fitness industry, combined with ambition and drive.
• Exceptional time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly demeanor.

Essential Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform all essential physical tasks of the position which may include standing, sitting, walking, running, bending, and lifting weights up to 50 lbs.

Pay Transparency: $33-$67 per session; $18.20/hr for non-session work; opportunities for additional incentive bonuses.
