PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• PT Business Management: Build and maintain an active client roster, manage appointments, and market and sell personal training programs to prospective clients.
• Service and Hospitality: Conduct fitness assessments, lead guided workouts, and create personalized programs for clients both in-person and virtually.
• Professional Development: Participate in continuing education programs to enhance your skills and attend required meetings to collaborate with management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Certified in Personal Training from a recognized organization (opportunities available for non-PT certified applicants).
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Able to work in-person on weekdays and weekends.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills; energetic and respectful disposition.

Pay Transparency: $39.50-$70/per session; $17.87/hr for non-session work; earn additional incentives.
