KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Manage your personal training business effectively.
• Build and maintain a robust client base.
• Organize and maintain an accurate schedule for client sessions and meetings.
• Promote and sell personal training packages through various communication channels.
• Stay informed about all club services, programs, and offerings.
• Service and Hospitality:
• Conduct fitness assessments and guide workout sessions for members.
• Engage with club members to enhance their workout experience.
• Create tailored training programs for both in-person and virtual clients.
• Maintain a safe and orderly fitness environment during all sessions.
• Professional Development:
• Participate in continuing education to expand your knowledge and advance your career.
• Attend required individual or team meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification or a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Certification reimbursement for non-certified applicants available.
• Eligibility for higher Tier levels based on experience and education.
• Current CPR/AED certification (certification opportunities available for non-certified applicants).
• Passion and knowledge for fitness and wellness.
• Availability to work in person on weekdays and weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Basic computer and technology proficiency.
• Friendly, energetic, punctual, and respectful demeanor.

Pay Transparency: $39.50-$70 per session; $17.87 per hour for non-session work; potential for additional incentive bonuses.
