CornerStone Staffing is looking for someone who can support a Internal Sales Insights Team by ensuring investment-related service cases are efficiently reviewed, processed, and resolved in ACE (Salesforce). As a core administrative partner to financial advisors, success is defined by consistent case throughput, written clarity, and accurate data entry. Data Entry Clerk
Location: Remote - MUST LIVE IN THE DALLAS/FORT WORTH AREA!
Compensation & Schedule
• $17/hour
• Mon–Fri, 30 hours/week, typically 8AM–2PM or 9AM–3PM
• Duration: 6-month assignment with possible extension
ROLE IMPACT
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and resolve 60–80 service cases daily through ACE(SalesForce)
• Review new cases for completeness; follow up on missing information
• Use Morningstar Advisor Workstation to generate investment reports
• Document case notes and status updates with precision
• Communicate case findings to financial advisors in written format
• Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve accuracy
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 6+ months in customer service, retail sales, or administrative support
• Experience with CRM/case management tools (ACE/Salesforce preferred)
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
