Job Description
We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Operations Manager to support the daily operations of our residential real estate firm. This role is ideal for someone who excels at organization, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate brings a proactive mindset and a commitment to operational excellence, supporting key areas of the business including technology, facilities, human resources, and marketing.
Job is in-person and can range between 25-40 hours/week.
Key Responsibilities
Technology & Systems
Ensure smooth performance of all office technology, devices, and software systems
Coordinate with IT vendors for support, troubleshooting, and cybersecurity best practices
Provide timely resolution of technical issues to minimize disruptions
Human Resources & Compliance
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and personnel documentation
Maintain compliance with labor regulations and internal policies
Contribute to a professional, inclusive, and supportive company culture
Office & Facilities Management
Maintain clean, organized, and functional office environments
Oversee vendor relationships and manage inventory, supplies, repairs and services
Ensure physical spaces reflect the quality and professionalism of our brand
Operational Efficiency
Analyze and improve workflows and internal processes
Anticipate operational needs and proactively implement solutions
Manage tools and systems that support staff and agent productivity
Marketing & Event Support
Assist with planning and execution of internal events, client functions, and marketing initiatives
Coordinate vendors, logistics, and materials for both small and large-scale events
Support the implementation of brand standards across communication channels

3–5 years of experience in operations, HR, office management, or a related field

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a high level of discretion
Experience in real estate or a professional services environment is a plus
