We are looking for a Meat Cutter to join our Team!
Some of the responsibilities include:
Meat Cutter Requirements and Qualifications
Cutters will cut and trim meat from larger, wholesale portions into steaks, chops, roasts, and other cuts. They then prepare meat for sale by performing various duties, such as weighing meat, wrapping it, and putting it out for display. In retail stores, they also wait on customers and prepare special cuts of meat upon request.
Shift:
We are open 7 days a week, 9am to 6pm, including all holidays except Christmas, Easter, and Thanksgiving. We are looking for a full-time Meat cutter (about 40-45 hours per week) or a part-time Meat Cutter. Shifts are either 8am-2pm/3pm (morning), 1pm-7pm (afternoon), or 8am-7pm ("all day").
Weekend availability is required.
