Trustpoint.One is partnering with a dynamic and growing Chicago boutique law firm in their search for an Investigations Attorney to join their team. This firm is focused on defending corporate clients across a wide range of litigation matters. The firm prides itself on delivering practical, strategic legal solutions with a client-first approach.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Investigations Attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience who is available to work in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have solid investigations experience and be comfortable handling a range of responsibilities, from working with experts to performing legal research and developing case strategy. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Assist with investigations into legal matters, including civil, criminal, regulatory, and internal company issues.
• Partner with forensic experts to gather information and evidence.
• Manage compliance aspects of ongoing investigations.
• Develop case strategies based on investigation findings.
• Draft pleadings and motions and assist with trial preparation.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in Illinois
• 3 to 5 years of experience with corporate investigations
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience with discovery and motion practice is essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
