In this role, you will collaborate with our Campaign and Lifecycle Manager to optimize email campaigns, drive results, and innovate creatively. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, growth-minded, and experienced in email marketing. Campaign Execution: Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, manage email lists, design templates, and schedule sends. Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling email copy that aligns with our brand voice and appeals to our audience. Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign metrics such as open, click-through, and conversion rates. Provide insights and reports to improve future campaigns. A/B Testing: Conduct tests on content, subject lines, and send times to optimize effectiveness. Segmentation: Segment email lists based on user data to deliver targeted content. Collaboration: Work with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment with business goals and brand standards. Tool Proficiency: Use email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage campaigns. ️ Is this you? Experience: 1-2 years in email marketing, preferably in B2B. Expertise: Strong understanding of email marketing principles and industry trends. Technical Skills: Proficiency with email marketing tools and CRM systems. Communication: Excellent writing, editing, and attention to detail. Analytical Skills: Data-driven decision-making experience, including A/B testing. Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Project Management: Skilled in managing multiple projects and deadlines. Creativity: Innovative in developing engaging email content. Certifications: Relevant certifications in email marketing or related fields. Tools: Experience with project management tools like Asana or Trello; 2 years of HubSpot experience.
