About the Role:

Position: Construction Site Contracts Manager

Location: Chicago, IL

Summary:

Join our team as a Contracts Supervisor/Manager to oversee and optimize production operations at our construction sites. With a focus on improving efficiency, quality, and employee performance, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations across all production stages. Bring your experience in production management, quality control, and staff leadership to make an impact in this hands-on, dynamic role.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Construction is desired.

• Five plus years of experience in procurement and contract administration, working on a variety of projects to include technology-based clients

• Strong understanding of contract requirements and the preparation of RFPs/RFIs

• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships

• Ability to establish and build successful supplier relationships

• Experience in planning, leading and structuring negotiations with both internal and external customers and suppliers to optimize value

• Effective time management and organizational skills

• Proficiency and experience with various procurement methodologies and sourcing techniques

• Ability to operate and execute effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and challenging deadlines

• Excellent written and verbal communication, influencing and persuasion skills

• Results-focused, with a proactive approach to workload

Hard Skill Requirements:

  • Arriba and Microsoft Suite
  • Construction Knowledge with Contracts Experience
  • Data Center Experience (Preferred, Not Required)

Salary Range: $145,000 - 155,000 Annually - Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
