Job Description Location: Seattle, WA Duration: 2 Months+ Rate: Open Certified SCRUM Master with SCRUM project experience is required. Phone and Skype interviews will be conducted. We are seeking candidates for an onsite project in the Seattle, WA area. The ideal candidate is an energetic Scrum Master excited about managing high-visibility projects focused on innovation. They should have strong project management experience within IT product development and proven team management abilities. This includes managing conflicting interests, finding compromises, and delivering results under pressure. Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and comfort presenting to diverse audiences, including senior management, are essential. Qualifications / Education / Skills PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP, or CAPM certification or equivalent; minimum 6-8 years of demonstrated experience as a certified project manager managing complex software development projects. Strong knowledge of Agile practices, service-oriented environments, industry best practices; Master Certificate in Agile Management is a plus. Understanding of software development processes and procedures, including the development life cycle, to support business requirements. PSM, PSPO, SMC, or similar SCRUM Master certification with 3-5 years of experience managing complex software projects.
