We'd prefer that our Bookkeeper - Accounting Assistant has an associate degree in accounting, finance, or business, but it's not necessary. Here's what we're looking for:
HOW DO YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
This entry-level position works from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday .
As our Bookkeeper - Accounting Assistant, you'll keep our records organized, our finances straight, and our company on the right track. Accuracy and attention to detail are your keys to success as you perform data entry, maintain financial records, file permits, and assist with accounts receivable and payable matters. You'll communicate with other agencies to check the status of our permits and support our finance team with other responsibilities as needed.
