Job Summary
L&J Bio is a purpose-driven biotechnology company focused on developing life-changing therapies for patients in need. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Biotech Manager to join our team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation for our office.

Duties

• Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, vendors, calendars, and communications
• Serve as the liaison between internal teams and external partners
• Support HR and finance activities such as onboarding, document management, and expense tracking
• Coordinate meetings, travel, and company events
• Documentation in accordance with SOPs
• Support Research department with administrative and operational needs
• Order and track lab and office supplies; manage inventory
• Prepare and deliver presentations to management
• Assist in licensing deal initiatives, including research, coordination, communication, and due-diligence support
• Contract review and negotiations

Qualifications

• 3+ years of office administration, executive assistance, or operations experience
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in biotech or healthcare environment is a bonus
• Korean proficiency is preferred
• Familiarity with contracts, licensing, or biotech regulatory documentation is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
